For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. (Romans 1:16)

Purpose: To love our community with Gospel centered love.

What is Gospel centered love?

Gospel-centered love for our neighbor is practical, tangible help for our neighbors, but always with the realization that their deepest need is Christ, and therefore our highest expression of love for them is to share the gospel. Gospel-centered love means caring for our neighbors however we can, no strings attached. Providing food, a listening ear, mowing lawns and babysitting, meeting needs however we can. But in everything we do we want to share the gospel. We will love and serve them if they never believe in Christ, but we’ll never believe that just acting in love is a substitute for explaining the message of the gospel.
